Licence
Heed: Sermon Notes ("Heed") is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). The notes below explain how Heed Pro works and don't replace that agreement.
Free plan
Without Pro, you can record, import and transcribe as much as you like, and make 3 summaries a month.
Heed Pro
Heed Pro unlocks unlimited summaries. It's offered as:
- a monthly subscription;
- a yearly subscription, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers;
- a one-time lifetime purchase.
The app shows each price in your local currency before you buy. In the US they are $5.99 a month, $39.99 a year and $79.99 for lifetime.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Automatic summaries
Transcripts, summaries and Bible references are produced automatically and can contain mistakes. Check anything important against the recording or the Bible itself.
Recording responsibly
You are responsible for having permission to record. Follow your church's or venue's recording policy and the laws where you are; some places require everyone's consent to be recorded. Recordings are for your personal notes.
